Coach Key announces returning players for the 2020-21 season

FRESNO, CA -- Fresno Monsters Head Coach Cody Key has announced the eight returning players from previous seasons, dubbed as "The Hateful Eight" for the 2020-21 season.

#4 Antoine Dumoulin

5'8", 190 - Defense (St. Pierre, Les Becquets, CAN)

Last Season: Played in 42 games with 11 goals, 17 assists, and 28 points.

#17 Mikhail Gavrilenko

5'9", 161 - Forward (Astana, Kazakhstan)

Last Season: Played in 42 games with 31 goals, 36 assists, and 67 points.

#19 Cobi Lennex

6'1", 178 - Forward (California, USA)

Last Season: Played in 41 games with 4 goals, 3 assists, and 7 points.

#23 Nick Leech

5'8", 154 - Forward (California, USA)

Last Season: Played in 49 games with 10 goals, 11 assists, and 21 points. He also spent 110 minutes in the penalty box serving as the team's Enforcer.

#38 Jayden Pasillas

5'9", 170 - Goalie (Alaska, USA)

Last Season: Played in 5 games total with a 3.00 GAA and .866 SV%. 5-0-0 record.

#71 Jackson Bauml

5'11", 171 - Defense (Kindersley, SK, CAN)

Last Season: Played in 47 games with 6 goals, 16 assists, and 22 points. Served 83 minutes in the penalty box serving as an Enforcer.

#83 Michael Gomez

5'9", 190 - Forward (California, USA)

Last Season: This last season Michael played for the Valley Jr. Warriors in the Eastern Hockey League. During the 2018-19 season with the Monsters, he played in 48 games with 5 goals, 4 assists, and 9 points.

#84 Anton Svensson

6'0", 194 - Forward (Jönköping, SWE)
