HEAD COACH: DAYLON MANNON
Born and raised in Fresno, Daylon Mannon’s hockey career started at a young age. Stepping onto the ice at four years old he developed his hockey skills with the local Fresno Falcons and eventually moved to play in Santa Clara and San Jose during his squirt and peewee years. In 2014 Daylon began his AAA career in Simi Valley for the California Titans and in 2017 he moved back home to play for the Monsters. Daylon credits his season in Fresno as his breakout year - playing for Kevin Kaminski, who told Daylon he needed to be playing in a higher caliber league. His next season landed him in Maryland, playing in the NAHL for the Maryland Black Bears and his final season in the juniors circled back to play for Coach Kaminski and the La Ronge Ice Wolves in Saskatchewan, Canada. With a lifelong passion for hockey and a proven track record of success, Coach Mannon has returned to his hometown to coach the program he grew up in. The 2022-2023 season was his first as head coach and he has made significant contributions to the development of players, teams, and the sport itself here in Fresno.
